I CANT PLAY THE SAME TIME AS MY BROTHER IN SAME HOUSE HELP

so me and my brother both have pcs and are both into trickshotting. problem is when i join a server or vice versa it wont let him join the same one im in or any others, if he tried to join a server it closes my pluto on my pc so i believe its an ip issue or something. cant use a vpn because most servers dont allow it. any suggestions please jus wanna play at the same time as him.

@zyhun ya probaron dejarse de seguir por el apartado de comunidad, eso me ayudo para jugar con algunos amigos, tambien pueden apagar el simbolo de internet del pc y volverlo a prender, la ultima opcion seria que usaran hamachi para poder jugar lan

@zyhun i believe that if you have the same ip as someone you wont be able to connect at the same time in the same server. Im just assuming cuz i have a friend that has the same problem

Nah, that should work. There used to be a problem, that if 2 players with the same IP were connected to the same server get both disconnected if one of them disconnects but that is fixed.

What exact error do you get?

Xerxes dont get an error code, just straight up closes bro. and when i open it back up servers dont show for me and i cant connect via console w the server ip

Indeed not working, BO1. I cant use a VPN either because game servers kick me.

I was having a similar issue; we couldn't join each other via LAN.

We disabled UPnP in our router settings, and this fixed the issue.
