keep having these ips that either say trojan or compromised what does this mean i play bo2 only on plutonium

there is also this error i think someone is using a mod menu to crash me and try to rat me is this apart of these ips? 
i cant send the crash files because its to large it says but these are the error codes Exception Code: 0xC0000005
