How can I unban my friend from my party?

I played a custom game and activated a friendly fire function, and my friends ended up killing some allies and were banned from the party. But time has passed and they can't join my party, how do I unban them?

%localappdata%\Plutonium\storage\t6, and delete theban.txtfile. -
