Hello, I'm completely new to plutonium and I'm wondering how it works? my brother told me about it today when i told him i wanted to play bo2 again. It keeps giving me a 404 error code when i try to play it. I guess I'm wondering, do i need to own the game on steam for it to work? if so that makes a lot more sense as i don't have it atm. Any help would be welcome!

Yes, it is preferred to get the steam version. Also what do you mean error 404? Piracy is a no.
