Everytime I try to load up a match on WaW or BO2 I always ended getting kicked from the matches. When I check the reasoning it says for using a VPN but, currently, I use no VPN. Could it be because I'm living in another country?

Your ISP most likely does mix residential and data center IPs.
Not much you can do against that except for finding servers that work or asking server owners to whitelist you.
