Bo1/T5 zombies always freezes when I try to play online

So i have original bo1 and non original bo1 and both have the same problem that is when I try to create a private match on zombies or join a friends party the game on zombies always freezes.
Btw, very rare times it works, and I have found out is when i go to "server browse" and it shows empty servers it means its going to crash.
Any solutions to this problem? Thanks. -
