      Press "`" key or "~" key on your keyboard ingame. This opens up a little console bar in which you have to type "fast_restart". Thats all

            Resxt Restarting the map takes a while (Unless BO2 on an SSD) that way but yeah, you are right. Playing mods like cold war mod does have certain lighting bugs when fast restarting. BO2 Vanilla is A okay 👍 :

              It will also break at some point with a vanilla install.
