game freezed

I played solo zombies on tranzit, and the game froze. the crashdump says the following:
Exception Code: 0xC0000005
Exception Address: 0x0074C175
any help would be appreciated, to find out what causes it. -
update: it happened again, the game froze but I could still hear audio, like the game still ran but froze on my end or somth. I also noticed it said "hitch warning msec frame time on server thread" in the console

update 2: so the game became unplayble at this point, every time i start a tranzit match the game is bound to stop working, it crashed this time.

Remove all scripts, textures mods etc and check for any app crashing the game (antivirus etc)
Resxt if by scripts and texture mods you mean things i've downloaded than i never gone out of my way to download and install a mod or script. unless joining public lobbies from the server browser dose something. and how would i know which app is crashing the game?
