plutonium bo2 not launching

hello client support
please my bo2 plutonium not launching and
i dont know the cause it like froze in the console
i was playing on this device perfectly until it never
after it worked
i tried to reinstall it and reinstall plutonium and never worked
and i tried to make it in the windows 10 antivires but it never worked

it froze like this

and i was using it on a usb
and it was still frozzing but in another way like this
