I want to know how this record timer works

First 2 are external software, one (if not both) I believe is LiveSplit.
The last one is an in-game timer script. I’m not sure which one. It could be a version of HuthTV’s script https://github.com/HuthTV/T6-EE-Timer , or the one from here https://www.speedrun.com/bo2zombies/resources/r3x2m or it could be a different script. -
