Can't play T5 zombies

So I open the game, check the server browser, 0 servers. I click in private match to play with friends and the game stops for 5 minutes, until it gives me this error:
If I try to join it also stops for 5 minutes and gives me another error. I tried to reinstall the game, and I'm always reinstalling plutonium (deleting the folder in appdata). Sometimes it works after the 5 minutes stop, but most of the times it gives some error and I can't play.

So i opened the game with a vpn and now it works perfectly, private match works and it shows the servers. Why does this happen, why can't I play normally??
