T5 Zombie Blank Menu

I recently experienced some GPU Driver issues regarding another game and, after fixing the issue, found that I now have a blank menu screen when I boot up T5 Zombie.
I've tried reloading the game folder and deleting the appdata/local/Plutonium folder. I have the directory set to my T5 folder. I'm not sure what else to try.
