MW3 FREEZES ON HIGHER RESOLUTION?!

Hey, I was having problem with mw3 crashing/freezing every time joining any public or private match/server. The game just freezes here just after joining the server at this screen.
So i looked up and tried almost everything but had no success. At last i tried changing the resolution and surprisingly, it works normally in the lowest resolution 640*480 . It does not run in any other resolution.
I think this is some problem from my pc?
Does this ever happened to anyone? Please let me know if you find any solution.

I think so too, works perfectly fine on my PC with the game running at 4k.
