My friend created his account and it was banned and the reason does not appear
He created a second account to try again and they banned him again, any solution? -
Do they have custom files installed? If so, it's likely the client detected them as cheats. You are allowed to play outside of LAN with custom files, but they must adhere to the rules. To view what can and can't be used on Plutonium, look here: https://plutonium.pw/docs/anticheat/

fakutron Your friend must have triggered the anticheat in some way. Unfortunately plutonium don't do ban appeals. Either by messing with memory, injecting, etc. Trying to bypass the ban will only make it worse.
