Cheating is getting way outta hand.

Hi, today in HGM server ive met a cheater (wh) who is using invisible letters wich seem like space.
This is how his name looks like:
r a p t o r699So me and many others tried to report him but then it says theres no players with that name.
So my question is, how and why is it possible for people to create such a name since it encourages blatant cheating and is there a way to circumvent this?And before anybody comes at me saying he might just be a really good player, nope, i can tell the difference between the two.
