BO1 Keeps Crashing at startup

Hi, I keep trying to load black ops 1 through the Plutonium launcher. I downloaded the DirectX files and redistributables, and I selected the right directory for the game, but this pops up. I already resetted my PC but im not sure why this happens. Black ops 2 and World at War work just fine. It sent me a txt file that says:

Exception Code: 0xC0000005
Exception Address: 0x0071F125
