FROZEN SCREEN

Hello, I have a problem only with zombies mode, when I play in SOLO, online or with friends, my screen freezes after about 30-40 minutes of playing and minimizes to the taskbar, but the sound continues ringing, like the sounds of zombies, the map or my friends. I have seen a solution to change the compatibility mode but I don't know what it should be applied to: the game located in this path C:\Users\AppData\Local\Plutonium\games, the launcher or the plutonium Updater App, so I hope someone can help me. And if there is a solution I hope it doesn't affect playing with friends, thank you very much and I await a response.
