Looking for someone or a group of people to help me get better at MW3

I know it's a long shot but my dad is really good at all the COD games and I couldn't be worse at them, I really want to get better so I can beat him next time he challenges me to a 1v1. I'm decent at the game but I just don't have enough experience or knowledge of maps n whatnot.

To be honest one of the best things is to just keep playing. Over time your skill improves, it does. I have been terrible at sniping for example, but now... I am decent I would say, but I can definitely see improvement.
Just keep playing and you will slowly start to understand the spawns, mechanics and so on :3 -

I just wanna get like a group or something together so that the learning curve isn't as dull. I do really like playing nuketown with MW3 classes and everything tho
