BO1 Multiplayer - Contract Issues

Hello everyone
I have problems with the multiplayer contracts. You know, those missions you buy to get more xp and cod points? I can normally buy one, but I can't progress in them in any way. Let's say if I buy a contract to kill with the Famas, and then play 3 games and getting a bunch of kills, not only does the contract not progress, but the time to complete does not go down either. Any ideas how to ease the grind? I cant find anyone having this problem anywhere.

tl;dr I cant complete contracts in multiplayer and I don't know why

Same here, man. I also notice like sometimes when you close the client and launch the game again, my level and challenges reset a couple of levels which is annoying af. I wish I knew a solution to this

Mondor04 also have this problem but the contract still costed me cod points but I counted that I completed more than double the amount of Kills the contract wanted me to do
