I was wrongfully banned from a server on Multiplayer, is there a way to appeal?

I was banned off one of the BO2 multiplayer servers for "Cheating/Exploiting" when I don't use any walls or anything like that. I got banned off the server for an hour previously while playing Domination on Standoff and then now a perma ban after playing Domination on Plaza. Thing is, I wasn't doing anything crazy and I was wrongfully reported. Is there anyway to appeal this? I enjoy having different server options to me for when me and my friends play.

Server owners are free to ban you from their server so either contact them or play on another server
