bo2 servers are not available

Basically when I try to access the online it takes approximately 30-40 seconds and then a sign pops up telling me that the servers are not available, I have already seen the firewall giving access and I even reinstalled both the plutonium and the bo2 but nothing else was solved What can I do to solve it?

it might be your wifi because its fine for me and the 1000 people playing it right now
