Any mod exist to more FPS on CoDBO2?

My game runs around 25 FPS (not stable), which for my PC I find very slow, since I have seen that on older PCs it runs better, is there a mod that lowers graphics?
PC Specs: AMD FX 6300 Six-Core Processor 3.50Ghz, 4GB RAM and a ATI Radeon 3000 GraphicsPlease give me any solution, i love CoDBO2
