    You cannot change your brightness on black ops 2 plutonium and its set to the max at all times 2df0aa22-7ef4-4203-a4ba-9053a2a63179-image.png

      All I can say is for me, this brightness can't be changed if I'm in Windowed or Fullscreen (Windowed) mode.

      It works for me when I went from Windowed Fullscreen to Fullscreen Mode.

        I also have the same issue. Even on black ops 1 and world at war. I have no Idea why. Did you ever find a fix?

          If you want to change your brightness switch to fullscreen mode.

            hopefully this gets patched, I don't typically enjoy bo2 in such bright colors
