Thats because you are trying to replace 2 gsc files the game already loads by default.
So the maps folder should go intostorage/t6/.storage/t6/scriptsis a special folder to load scripts that are not loaded by the game by default, so are the special sub-folders of the scripts directory likempandzm. -

I have mine in the root of the T6 folder and it doesnt work no matter what i do.
