Black Ops 2 - Microphone get's set too %100 Volume in Windows?

For some reason, whenever the game is launched. ( in similar fashion of Counter-Strike: Global Offensive ) It will set my primary microphones too %100 when the original position is %35. In other games I can find the default microphone value's in the game files to change. But with Black Ops 2, I'm having an issue in which I can't find those files.
Can anybody help? -
System > Sound > Device properties > Additional device properties > Advanced tab, and disable "allow applications to take exclusive control of this device".
If it's still the same thing, you could adjust the volume manually or disable the voice chat completely ingame.

Easy fix, this is controlled inside the game setting > voice chat > voice chat record level, if you open up system sound and look at your microphone, adjusting voice chat record level will update real time in that panel. If left at 1.00, every time the game launches it will set your microphone to 100%. Enjoy
