BO2 Zombies close automatically after this error code

Sometimes when I play cod bo2 zombies(solo) the game freeze for 5 sec and close and the in the cmd shows like that the photo below
and after 30sec it closes and says plutonium needs to close, sorry I forget to snap it so please help me because I can not play with this FUC**** error -
Mmm, go to %localappdata%/Plutonium and you'll see a crashdumps folder, upload the dump and text files to somewhere so the devs can figure out what went wrong
