Can you import custom camos with torrent version of the game?

Hi, just wondering if you are able to get custom camos for BO2 with the torrent version on the game. I dont have the steam version of the game so I don't have the correct files. If there is a way please let me know!

I don't know the differences between torrent and fitgirl repack version but i once tried to import custom camos even custom gloves on my fitgirl repacked bo2 plutonium and it works perfectly fine
