Bo2 Zombies Crashing if a party invite is accepted

Hi, me and my friend wanted to play zombies today. But every time i accept his party invite my game crashes, and if he accepts mine his game crashes. Is this maybe a known bug with an easy fix. Didnt find anything in the forum.

Hey! Im having a similar problem with my brother, when he accepts my invite his game crashes, but mine continues running perfectly fine, at first i tought it could have someting to do with the wi fi since we use the same IP adress, by any chance you tried playing on the same IP adress?
