Sensitivity converting problem

Hi.
I'm having trouble with my right sensitivity settings for controller in BO2 (T6). In mw3 (2023) I use 15-horizontal and 14-vertical with an ADS-multiplier of 0.50, but I just can't find the right sensitivity in BO2 (I know that horizontal and vertical sense doesn't exist). So does anyone know the right sense in BO2 for a sensitivity of 15 in mw3? And btw how do I get an ADS-multiplier of 0.50?
