Trying to join Official AIZombies Supreme

Been trying to join this server, but after downloading the files i need to get in, it keeps giving me an error saying "Couldn't Load Image" Can anyone help me with this slight error? I do hope I have this in the correct category, if not I do apologize.

AkiraTorque Some of the maps on AiZombies are DLC maps and so if you don't have the DLC's downloaded you are out of luck. (I also can't play the DLC maps, SLVR please use the usermaps
