To install it: find the root folder of your game and go to the %localappdata%\Plutonium\storage\t6\images folder and paste the .iwi file -

White-Foxy I don't think anyone has managed to make an animated background, but I think I can try, and no, it's not animated.

%localappdata%\Plutonium\storage\t6\images. i know it might still work but when they update the launcher or something it might not work anymore. -
