stuck on bo1 zombies "connecting" screen

ive allowed it through my firewall, uninstalled bo1 and reinstalled it, and it still wont let me in
ive looked at every tutorial and my friend is giving ideas (hes not being that helpful)
also he wont let me play bo6 zombies till i do ascension with him so please help
