So I downloaded the game with piry.exe and then ran the plutonium.exe and noticed that all the game files that I have downloaded have completely disappeared, I also don't have any antivirus enabled so i've already ruled that out, does the launcher move the files somewhere other than when you downloaded them too or did I just get cucked?

Well where did you run piry? You should run it in an empty folder and wait for it to finish downloading everything, after which you launch pluto.exe. Add piry to exclusions too. And no, whatever you downloaded from piry, stays wherever you ran it from. Pluto launcher however, downloads the client files to %localappdata%/Plutonium

I put it in a empty folder named BO2, ran it, downloaded the game in there, ran the plutonium.exe and all the files went poof. and the folder was also excluded

They don't just go poof lmao. Did you accidentally hide them or something?
