How to host a dedicated bot lobby on T4 and rank up without using mods

Hi,
I can't find a way to level up normally by playing against bots without using mods. Everytime I use the bot warfare mod on my dedicated server, it won't let me level up. How can I fix this?

That's simply not supported, either you want to play against bots and accept mods or you don't.
