Ive done everything, installed directx 12, directx 9, made sure its sound is up on volume mixer. The one thing I dont see is
. The only thing I see is 
. Dont know why its like this, please fix and help me. -
Check your sound settings in window settings and sound output in game. Could be third party application sound affecting if you have any.
