World at War Multiplayer not saving progress

everytime i play i start from rank 1 with no unlocks etc i play for a while rank up and unlock things, when i leave and come back i loose all progress and have to start again, please any help would be greatly appreciated ? is there a perminent fix ?

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
