Plutonium crashing when trying to launch BO2

My bo2 Zombies started crashing and giving me the crash reference ID 8f6741cb-f1f4425d-9906-8b17f920cb37 and told me to check file plutonium-r4516-t6zm-2024-11-27_07-16-15 in the crashdumps folder which has these 2 lines of text in it.
"Exception Code: 0xC0000005
Exception Address: 0x006751A0"does anybody know what is going wrong? I was just playing yesterday.
