Try putting it here
at the bottom left corner of your screen right click your windows icon and select Run then type : %localappdata%
then go to plutonium folder then storage then t6 and paste your .iwd file here
if that didnt work then rename the extinction of .iwd of the file to .zip and extract it with WINRAR or 7Zip
Then create a folder inside t6 named (images)
Paste your .iwi files in this folder and done XD -

For m14 its not a camo its the texture of the gun it self
if you want to have 1 camo on all guns then changing the pap camo is the only way
OOOR you painstakingly change every single gun files to your liking which needs a lot of patience
Heres a gold pap camo for all maps except for motd and origins

mr.kennutbuster usually if you download and the browser it will not let you keep it press show more or somethin like that around it and select keep it
if your windows wont let you then you must go in your Real time protection and make an exclusion for that folder that has the app in it

which camo replaces black ice?
WMD. oh its not a skin its for an94 base itself
But you can extract it from an94 file and replace it on any camos you want tho
