BO1 multiplayer works but zombies does not

Multiplayer works but I had the same problem before, the game crashed instantly and said it was something like:: User/Appdata error, after adding a players folder and downloading some files and adding it into there, I finally got multiplayer to work and even played online for a couple games and everything worked perfectly. As soon as I tried to load Zombies I got the same error message I was receiving before for both. Please help me!!! I know a lot of people had this issue but I cant find the fix for zombies only multiplayer
