BO2 not running

I downloaded and follow the steps. When I open the plutonium.exe and select to lunch the game, it doesn't lunch and there is no error message. Can somebody help me?

Does it crash on the launcher or does it stay stuck in bootstrapper?

The same thing happens to me, I open the client and the game never starts and I don't get an error or anything like that I did everything I said in the installation
