Friends can't join servers with me. Any fixes? (Server Browser)

Hello on BO2 when my friends join my lobby in the Multiplayer menu I go to Server Browser to join a public server but while it allows me to join it kicks them and gives the message "Unable to join game session" every time. Any quick fixes?

SomeWarrior Having the same issue trying to play with my BF. We've both tried being party leader and joining a server, but it just kicks the other person and doesn't let them join through friends list.
