Don't get me wrong, but current state of plutonium speaks volume. It's just sad to see such a great concept to diminish after the update on consoles, fixing multiplayer issues.
Many of the admins have moved on too.

Tbh, it happens every year that during the end of year and start of year, the player base is usually decreased. But in the months of May till September, Plutonium hits peak (T6 especially).
Modding features are at their peak at this time period but have a much less audience for now. Don't worry, summer vacations are the time

Even if the master server is shut down, the community will just create their own. CoD will always have more players on console because those are the systems gamers use. Even in this decade where PC gaming is more common and affordable as it's still not the norm and will likely never be because of what consoles are. That doesn't mean that plutonium is dying. It came a long way since 2017.
