Intentional Suspend In BO2 Loading

Put simply: How can I intentionally make either MP or ZM load forever?
I'm testing out a texture mod, which includes the change of the loading screen, however because of the new update, the game loads way too fast for me to even see the image itself.
Obviously this is great, but in order to look at it, I have to enter online servers since something to do with online makes it take slightly longer to load (and I don't want people thinking I'm joining a game when I'm leaving just afterwards)I tried the party_minplayers & zombie_minplayers so it could do that "We require 2 players in order for the game to start" so that you'd be able to view the image forever, but I don't think that works anymore (could be me doing something wrong)?

Idk but you could simply sort servers by ping and join the empty server with the highest ping
Or try both solo and custom games, one might have diff loading time
