Not counting playtime on Steam.

I find this very annoying. It straight up does not count your playtime on Steam. And yet its launched on steam so you cant launch another instance to track.
One fix to this I'm going to do is to track my playtime manually with notes. And then have the non Plutonium instance open for that amount of time.
But the fact that it does not naturally track is kind of frustrating. Why is this the case? Does anyone else find this annoying? Is there a workaround? -

I have never seen any client that does what you sayYou can find some answers on a FiveM forum here for example

Thats not what i mean tho. Im not talking about Plutonium itself, I'm talking about the games. In this instance its Bo2.
I have found a workaround though. But time played on the games when launched on Plutonium, does not count towards total playtime on Steam. -
