Connecting to online services

(MW3) I've been using plutonium without any problems for a while, but today after 3 days of inactivity, whenever I try to connect to the server, i get a never ending "Connecting to Online Services" popup, and after a solid minute it tells me Call of Duty is not available.
Does anyone else have this problem or is it just me?
