Why do I down after killing a zombie?

When killing a zombie (knife, gun, doesn't matter), the game ends, but I can still use my knife?

Could you provide a video? The only instance I can think of where the game ends upon killing zombies is on Grief when the round ends while only the members of one team are alive.

are4.56 likely caused by a custom script/mod you have installed, as that isn’t normal behaviour. Remove them then check again. If the problem persists even after removing custom scripts, send the contents of the terminal window that opens with the game.
