How do I unlock all the zombie maps?

assuming you are talking about the DLC maps, you need to have the DLC to play the DLC.
"unlock" in the plutonium feature list just means you don't have to do any progression unlocks in order to get to them, but you still have to have the game files to play those files.
DLC game files can be found on Steam.

but do we need to purchase the DLC maps on steam? or there is a way to get them free from plutonium? I have plutonium in another pc since 2 years and it has all the maps unlocked (buried, origins, mob of the dead, etc).
I just installed plutonium in a new pc but there is no DLC maps for free.
can you help me please? -

We don't provide any game files and don't allow piracy discussions either
Purchasing the DLCs on Steam will give you the DLCs -
