the reason that windows probably thinks so is cuz it rips out important stuff from files thats why it might not like itif your sceptical you can put the .exe file and all the .dll files in virus total which is the most trusted virus detection site

just know that if it gives to low of detection like 3 out of 60 70 what not is a false positive -
