Is there any way to add command launch arguments?, specifically sys_smp_allowed can't be changed while in-game and config files in %localappdata%/Plutonium/ don't work either, it just resets the value.

If I try this without internet, I get an error "Could not Authenticate to Plutonium: Unknown Error".

Using the command line arguments in the OP. Is there a newer method for playing offline?
