Didn't get DLC

When I installed Plutonium I did not get the DLC for BO2 with it. I had already purchased BO2 on steam, but didn't purchase DLC. How can I get the DLC on Plutonium?

You buy the DLC with it.

Ember412 plutonium doesn't come with any game files... if you would like to play any DLC maps, you need to get the DLC maps.
